Hazy BDT — Terms & Conditions Fully in English

By using the Hazy BDT website or mobile application, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between Hazy BDT and the user. Please read every section carefully before you get started.

Hazy BDT reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

A valid account is required to use Hazy BDT's services. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

• Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (password and username) strictly confidential. They must not be shared with anyone.
• The mobile number, name, and date of birth registered on the account must be accurate. Providing incorrect information may cause issues during verification.
• If Hazy BDT detects suspicious activity, it may initiate an account verification process without prior notice.

Hazy BDT strictly prohibits the use of the platform by minors. This is one of our most important policies.

• Date of birth is verified at the time of registration.
• A copy of your national ID or birth certificate may be requested if necessary.
• Creating an account by providing a false age is completely illegal, and all associated transactions will be voided.

The following rules apply to deposits made at Hazy BDT:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 50 (fifty).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. Additional methods may be added in the future.
• Deposits are generally instant. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact customer support.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in the account holder's name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Hazy BDT does not charge any deposit fees, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.

The following Hazy BDT rules apply to the withdrawal of winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200 (two hundred).
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–15 minutes.
• During bank holidays or technical issues, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same mobile number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals above a certain amount may be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus turnover requirement is met.

Hazy BDT's bonus policy is fully transparent. By accepting a bonus, the following conditions apply:

• Each bonus has its own turnover requirements. Please read the details carefully before claiming.
• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• The welcome bonus applies only to a new account's first deposit.
• Bonus turnover must be completed within the specified time limit.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account will be closed.

The following general rules apply when using Hazy BDT's betting services:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cash-out option is available.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, Hazy BDT reserves the right to void it.
• The minimum bet is BDT 50, and the maximum bet limit varies by market and account type.
• Odds changing during live betting is normal. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the ones that apply.
• Any involvement in conflicting bets or match-fixing activities will result in permanent account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Hazy BDT platform:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Using another person's account credentials.
• Exploiting any security vulnerabilities found on the platform.
• Depositing funds from suspicious sources.

Hazy BDT may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or a break).
• If evidence of a rule violation is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of incorrect information.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. You will be able to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
